Acting as an on-the-field project manager for the “Document Tracking System using RFID Technologies” project implemented in Jeddah Municipality under the supervision of the Administrative Communications and Electronic Archiving Department.

As Business Analyst / Product Specialist for a specific software that is specialized in handling the daily operations & financials for shipping agency companies, I am responsible for engagement with clients after finalizing project contract & handling the analysis, testing, training & support phases of the SDLC; Also assisting with the design phase.

As a general manager I was responsible for handling day to day operations of the whole entity & tackling any obstacles in order to sustain a stable workflow, planning and following up on product development, marketing, sales, financial strategies in order to meet the strategic plan’s objectives, handling various accounts management to meet clients’ requirements, proposals development, contracting procedures, managing projects, project delivery, closure and support.
On other side I held the responsibility of E-Business Solutions Department Head & UI development Team Leader directly handling projects management, implementation & delivery.
Working as a Consultant for the Oracle E-Business Suite Specifically Sourcing, iProcurement & iSupplier Modules, Participating in 2 Major Projects Implemented in Industry Modernization Center (IMC) & Ministry of State for Administrative Development (MSAD).
