Responsible of all ZAIN KSA BI/DWH operations
Responsible of operation of all Zain KSA DWH/BI, including the ETL's loading and quality checks
• New system Migration.
o Responsible of migration all of PostPaid data to the new system.

• Tariff Activation on Ericsson System.
o Monthly Tariff Checks:-
Do a montly checks for PrePaid / Postpaid tariff and send it to marketing Dept to make sure that there is no changes and to avoid the fraud.
o Tariff Activation:-
New Tariff Setup Voice/SMS/MMS, .. etc required by Marketing Department.
• Handeling Marketing New Offers:-
o Analyzing and implementing marketing, customer care and sales road maps.
o Fulfilling Zain products and services life cycle from conceptual phase to go live and post-go live activities.
o Lead vendors on projects execution phase by monitoring the SLAs and testing and QA the
delivered solutions.
o Lead launching and go live process of Zain products and conduct required training for training department as train-the-trainer and handover the solution to operational team.
o Health checking the solutions after go-live and assuring its efficiency and working closely to IT operational teams.
o Provides technical leadership and consultancy for different Zain departments.
Document Billing Process:-
Document all of the billing department process an KPI’s to be reviewd quartly for internal/external audit.
Extracting Customers invoices. (Bill Cycle)

Support Zain shops and call center agent in all matters to zain customer pre/post paid.
