RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the development of Quality Control, inspections, directions, and co-ordination of the operations of the company. Duties and responsibilities include assist in the formulating policies, guide lines for managing daily operations, and planning the use of equipments, facilities and human resources


• Day to day supervise of ongoing coating activities at the construction site and see to it that the work is in accordance with the engineering design and specification with the scope of work,
• Following specific duties such as recording weather conditions, substrate temperature, Rh% and Dew point by using whirling hygrometer.
• Conversational with inspection techniques such as surface cleanliness/profile check, chloride test, WFT and DFT. check adhesion test, Holiday detection as per KOC standard.
• Preparation of inspection and test plans (ITP's) for specific project.
• Conduct visual inspection on coated/painted surface and verify the wet and dry film thickness and record the readings.
• Co-ordinate with the supervisor's representatives on daily basis to resolve and quality problem issues.
• Preparation and compilation of quality reports/records and other quality related documents for activity acceptance.
