Job Role Handling Account Payable and Monthly Management Accounting.
Major Attributes of the Position are as follows:
➢ Posting Invoices and making correction of their expense coding.
➢ Making Cash flow for weekly Payment Process.
➢ Maintaining online Bank statement on Daily Basis.
➢ Suppliers account Reconciliation.
➢ Petty Cash entries on weekly basis.
➢ All prepaid expense releases through system every month.
➢ Clearing Advances given to suppliers and all departments.
➢ Telephone and all Utilities bill posting and their payment release every month.
➢ Monthly Accrual for Telephone, utilities and prepaid expenses.
➢ Preparing Manual Journals if any expense is coded wrongly after reviewing P&L.
➢ Participating to Finalize Balance sheet and corrections in P&L.
➢ Participating to Close the accounting period Smoothly and all other Month end activities
