Forecasting yearly budget for on-going operations and upcoming projects.

Set and review the migration policies.
Set and review the technical and business requirements for all the Ericsson charging system nodes including CCN, SDP, AIR, VS, IVR, EMA and EMM.
Managing the vendor tasks to avoid any latency in the implementation.
- Manage project from end to end
- Work close with the stakeholders to execute the project on its agreed time
- Work close with the vendor to get the maximum business interest
Managing Convergent billing & VAS Projects (end to end)
Managing Charging system (CS5) planning and upgrades and its whole lifecycle
Managing Ericsson SWUS (Software Upgrade System) which is represents all IN elements upgrade including EMA & EMM
Planning and dimension for convergent billing and VAS services
Handshake designs and system proposal approval to get maximum business interest
Solution Architect for Convergent Billing & VAS Projects
Execute project within its agreed time
Responsible for BIDs preparation for all Convergent Billing & VAS new products.
Setup the new solutions for the roadmap and ad-hoc projects.
Review vendor’s solutions to ensure the compatibility with the requirement.
Preparation of the business cases for the new systems.
