Being Establishment clerk, I was managing all the Human Resource functions including vacancy announcement, applicants screening, scheduling and inviting screened candidates for initial test, conducting test, result screening and selecting appropriate candidates for final interviews, placement, posting, transfer, performance evaluation, appraisal, promotion, rewards, punishments, demotion, penalties, keeping record of all the civil staff, administration and secreterial work, office management and assisting Establishment & Finance Officer.
Business Development through Indenting, Tendering, and Supply in the military organizations, working as a marketing intermediary and providing variety of products and services to the defence organizations, looking after administration related issues, office management, team management, team leading, corresponding with buyer and supplier organizations, making the report and filing them, managing the filing system, and other works as assigned by the boss.
Conducted thorough market research through various mediums for pre-feasibility of the project
