• Customer Acquisition - Search for new clients who will benefit from our products and services.
• Maximize client potential in designated industries, applications, and regions.
• Client Relationship Management - Develop long-term and strong relationships with clients.
• Sales Management - Persuade clients that our products and services best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, performance, service, price, and delivery.
• Contract Management - Negotiate tenders and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and our needs.
• Customer Satisfaction - Provide pre- and post-sales technical and business support to customers, including product demonstrations, training, and installation support.
• Marketing - Conduct market and competitor research and analysis, evaluate customer needs, and develop customer-specific proposals.
• Targets & Reporting - Active contribution to the execution of our corporate strategy.
• Diagnose, Installing, Commissioning and troubleshooting of heavy equipment.
• Defining parts and service sales opportunities and promote the company prand and image.
• Identify customer's needs and engineering adaptations of product equipment and services.
• Planning and directing service and maintenance contract programs to promote new markets and improve competitive position in the concerned area.
• Identify and understand current and future customer service requirements.
• Responsible to find out, adjust, repair or overhaul the Electrical & Mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Carry out periodic maintenance of heavy equipment machinery like Mobile crane, Crawler Crane, Truck Crane, Excavator, Forklift, and bulldozer... Etc.
• Ensure that work is undertaken in a safe manner and that practices conform to safety regulations and procedures.
• To ensure all maintenance work on day to day basis is actioned as appropriate.
• Monitor and operate all plant and equipment.
• Perform a complete inspection of major plant and equipment.
• Noting operation conditions whilst recording all meters and gauges reading in the daily operation log sheet.
• Ensure all life and safety systems are fully operational.
• Assist and supervise contractors whilst undertaking maintenance or repair to plant and equipment.
Net Electro-Mechanical.
• Performing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and systematic preventative maintenance for heavy equipment and electrical generators.
• Carry out regular check-ups concerning the functioning of equipment.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Implementing maintenance schedules and executing periodic checks to ensure the performance of equipment and maintaining requisites documents for the same.
• Ordering and stocking spare parts to provide good customer support.
