BMU today is over 900 employees operating from Karachi and IT. Depart is providing highly specialized solutions to implement in BMU and other Daughter Organizations.
Major Responsibilities:
•Responsible for diagnosing & resolving hardware, software & end users problem.
•Developing the infrastructure and systems to meet the companies needs.
•Configuring and managing backup & restore procedures.
•Maintaining a wide range of computer hardware and software programs.
•Deploying new hardware, server backups & evaluating new software & security risks.
•Monitoring & Controlling of IT user accounts, System security levels & backups in multiple location.
•Responsible for meetings with supplier to purchase IT equipment in-line with agreed budget.
•Provide support to a multiple-site IT infrastructure of at least 500 employees.
•Working within a TCP/IP network environment, including DHCP, DNS & Ethernet.
