- Ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Supervising and motivating a team of workers.
- Preparing budget
- Preparing Reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Follow up raw materials and spare parts.
- Scheduling maintenance work.
- Increase energy production and reduce costs.
- Managing labors and technician.
- Managing time.
- Meet all assigned goals and assist others in accomplishing their goals.
- Communicate effectively with the General Manager/Owner, the Sales Team, and the Production Team, informing and updating them regularly to • guarantee that production, sales, and customer objectives are met.
- Organize workflow according to workload to meet delivery schedule and to complete assigned jobs.
- Oversee all staff scheduling, time off requests and overtimes.
- Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials.
- Planning and organizing production schedules.
- Enforcing industry requirements.
- Implementing preventative maintenance programs.
