Based in corporate office, key functions include:
. Formulation, Implementation and Improvement of Project Control Systems
. Monitor and Control progress for on-going projects with reference to Baseline and all
subsequent updates.
. Claim and Variation Management

. Schedule Control - Planning, Monitoring, Scheduling of Project. Baseline and all subsequent
updates. Progress reports.
. Contract Administration - Implementation of Contract and procedures at work site. Notices to
Client and Subcontractors, Monitoring of Work activities for Variations / Changes, Preparation
and submission of progress based invoices and verification and determination of
subcontractor’s invoices and claims.
. Claims Management - Monitor all activities of work for Changes / variation in scope.
Submission and approval of all time and cost claims
. Budget Control - Preparation and monitoring of project budget. Preparation of deviation
reports
. Risk Identification and Mitigation - Prepare and maintain project risk register for identification of
probable risks and their timely mitigation strategies.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager.
. Key functions include: Preparation of Baselines, EOT/ Cost Claims, Budget management,
Planning, Monitoring, Schedule Control, Contract Administration, Invoicing, Claims.
.Contract Administration, Invoicing, Change Orders, Variations, Claims and all project relevant
correspondence with Client and Subcontractors.
. Responsible for overall project deliverables and managing the constraints of the project
(schedule / Financials / customer requirements)
. Responsible for process improvement, drive schedule & cost completeness, accuracy, on-time
delivery, and cycle volatility
. Provide financial performance reviews, project execution, and schedule on an on-going basis.
. Identify and mitigate project risks
. Drive use of digitization strategy for project control process, software systems and tools.
. Interface with commercial and engineering functions to coordinate project development,
implementation, and control, resulting in project volume and profitability.
Based at Head Office, I was responsible for following activities
. Critically monitored the project execution by analysing project KPIs/reports and suggested
appropriate and timely corrective action for achieving of project objectives, targets and
improving other Key Performance indicator (KPIs).
. Guided, supported and assisted project teams for preparation of Baselines, EOT/Cost claims,
Budget & Plan Revisions and BCTC.
. Analysed cost reports and schedules for identifying weak areas and suggest systematic &
practical approach for improvements
. Implemented Earned Value Analysis as a measure to control cost & schedule.
. Conducted Critical Path Analysis followed by suitable course of action to make schedule more
realistic & achievable.
. Reviewed and analysed potential risks in contract and project execution for proactive actions
for risk mitigation
Preparation of Technical and Commercial Proposals. That included but was not limited to:
• Understanding of the requirements of ITB, RFQ, ITT, tender or Bid
• Pre and Post bid clarifications
• Acquiring quotations from Sub-contractors and suppliers
• Compile and prepare BOQ’s covering complete scope of work.
• Resource leveling and scheduling of activities on the basis of Work Schedule.
• Cost estimation for both Direct and Indirect costs
• Preparation of technical bids
