Co-founded a full-service 360° creative agency delivering everything from
complete brand identities to high-end video production. Engineered the
complete brand identity for The Trade Core from the ground up, and
produced campaign and video work for major names including Bykea (DVC
campaigns), Anex Kitchen, Al Noor Lasani, and 75DH (video production and
full digital asset suites). Spearheaded large-scale event campaign production
for Diginfo at ITCN Asia, one of the countrys biggest tech expos. Own the full
pipeline from concept to delivery, managing multiple concurrent client
projects while holding the agencys creative standard.

Lead quality assurance across high-volume customer service operations,
owning the standards that keep service consistent at scale. Built QA
scorecards, monitored interactions, and turned data into coaching feedback
that lifted CSAT and resolution rates, while partnering with team leads to
tighten compliance with brand and client standards.

Provided customer support for Walmart, ensuring efficient issue resolution
and service excellence through clear communication and problem-solving.

Designed and delivered the complete brand identity for The Malt bakery —
from logo and visual system through to in-store design, packaging, and
signage — translating the concept of the space into one cohesive, customer
facing brand experience.

Handled social media management and design alongside print collateral —
producing campaign visuals, branded social content, and print materials.

Joined as Social Media Manager and promoted to Assistant Creative
Manager, stepping up to lead creative output across accounts. Managed the
social media presence for Amreli Steels, one of Pakistans leading steel
manufacturers, and led production of their annual campaigns —
coordinating creative, content, and rollout to build brand visibility at scale.
