• As the main technical adviser on Damac Heights Project - (Dubai Marina) for our labor main contractor (Arabtec contracting L.L.C), Hillside Villas at Jumeirah Gulf Estate, Luxury Villas Project of Sweden Island at World Island, Daman Tower at Za’abeel area with Alec.
• Maintain time, payroll, and material records and submit inspection to Main contractor QC to get approval on each layer of paint as required.
• Estimate materials and labors as required.
• Attending safety meeting with main contractor safety Engineers.
• Preparing daily and monthly report of the activities of each labor on site.
• Preparing measurement monthly to rise invoice for each site.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• As the main technical adviser on a construction site for our labor and subcontractors.
• I am checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
•Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
•Management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
•Preparing reports as required.
•Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
•Follow-up on all governmental related issues.
•Follow-up with local and international suppliers.

• As a civil engineer on a construction site in the new industrial area in Doha.
• I was the one setting out, leveling and surveying the site with the help of consultant Engineer on new industrial area at Doha.
• I was making daily including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of other subcontractors on the site.
• I was the supervisor of building complex for 8 villas in the Al-Gharafa.
• Our company participated in implementing some construction finishing Work (Block Work, Plaster, Flooring and painting works) in one of the towers on the Corniche area and I was the site engineer.
