Internship at Korek Telecommunication Company in HR department / OD unit. (1
month).
Responsibilities;
- Making phone calls to training members, and internships.
- Evaluating Training Evaluation forms, pre-exam, and post-exam papers, then entering
these information to excel, then creating graphs, and calculating the result.
- Making rotation to internships between departments.
- Checking attendance of training members and internships, then entering all to the
different excel sheets and preparing reports.
- Teaching other internships how to do all these tasks.
I graduated in 2017 from Ishik University - Business and Management Department. I was one of the top 10 students, and I was class representative for 4 years for more than 40 students. I was responsible to manage, lead, organize, motivat, arrange activities and solve problems.
