I am providing level 3 network support especially in Voice & Data in all Archirodon offices across the globe (Athens, Netherland, Kazakhstan, USA, ME)
I am responsible for network design, IT Plans, ordering network devices, Liaison with ISP, configuring devices, project mobilization and cisco TAC support.
Cisco Collaboration Role:
Responsible for designing, ordering, installing, configuring and troubleshooting the following on every project (depends upon project requirement, capacity):
• Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM) 7.x - 11.x
• Cisco Unity Connection 11, Unity Express
• Cisco Unified Call Manager Express (CUCME)
• Cisco IM & Presence Server (CUPS) 11.x
• Cisco Collaboration products deployment on VMware
• Cisco Telepresence Setup (SX Series, CUCM 11, Cisco VCS, Cisco Expressway- C & E)
• Collaboration Edge/Mobile & Remote Access (MRA)
• Cisco Voice Gateways 3945, 2951, 2911, 2921, 2901, 2811
• Digital & Analog circuits (ISDN PRI/E1, FXO)
• Cisco IP Phones (9971, 9951, 8961, 7962/7942, 7821/7911, 6921)
• CUCM OS administration (Devices Firmware, Phone Logo)

• Configuring DMVPN & GRE tunnels with IPsec & failover hub
• Configuring IPsec VPN for Site to Site & remote users connectivity
• Configuring IPsec Virtual Tunnel Interface on Hub & Spokes
• Network Hardening including AAA, SSH, ACL on Public interface
• Implementing complete layer 2 security features including Port Security
• Implementing 802.1X on L2 switches with integration of AD
• Cisco ACS 4 & 5 (TACACS+ and RADIUS) for cisco devices
Cisco Wireless Role:
• Installing, Configuring Cisco Wireless Equipment including WLC, LWAP, Autonomous AP, Outdoor Bridges
• Installing, Configuring Non Cisco Wireless Equipment like Ubiquity, Exalt, Proxim for indoor and outdoor connectivity
• Project mobilization and/or remote site backup connectivity with 3G/4G using Wireless card HWIC-3G-GSM, HWIC-3G-HSPA/ HSPA +7
• Configuring Multiple SSID’s with strong encryption (AES) and security technology WPA2, Converting Autonomous to LWAP & vice versa.

Data Center Support Role:
• Installing & Configuring Datacenter devices to filter all internet traffic of all UAE Sites coming from IPVPN to Datacenter firewall
• Configuring Broadband Internet, IPVPN at Etisalat Datacenter
• Centrally management of Public IP’s for Archirodon Applications & Web services (OWA) and mapping routes
• Primary contact person for support in Etisalat Datacenter.
Network & Bandwidth Monitoring Tools/Apps/OS:
Nagios, Solar Winds, ManageEngine, Paessler.
I am responsible for administration of ATM machines all over the Punjab division. To meet pre-installation of ATM requirement like to check the link between local Exchange to ATM location,
installation of equipment at ATM location like Cisco Router and Switch.
I am backup of IT Head, Punjab. I am looking all WAN issue. Monitoring DXX, Satellite, DSL links.
Main responsibilities in the present company are as follows:
• Installing, Configuring, Troubleshooting of Cisco devices like Layer 3: Cisco ISR Router G1 1800,
• 2800, 3800, 2600, 2500, 1700 Layer2: Cisco Catalyst Switches1900, 2900 Series with Leased Line,
• VLAN config on switches, Frame Relay configuration. We are using OSPF protocol with IPSec.
