• Provide high-quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle.
• Advise clients on the project cost, programme, risks and issues.
• Oversee the procurement process by managing the contractors/Consultants tendering procedure
• Provide guidance to the client on the appropriate contract terms and prepare the contract document.
• Create and administer the project execution plan in accordance with the project requirements
• Review and certify contractors/consultants' invoices on a regular basis.
• Lead communications and relationships with clients and their stakeholders.
• Produce monthly reports including project programmes, risk registers etc.
• Develop delivery plans for projects, involve others and ensure objectives are met.
• Administer the change procedures and ensure that only authorized changes are implemented.
• Review operation and maintenance manuals and prepare lessons learned the project closing reports.
• Provides management and daily leadership for the project team.
• Provides primary daily point of contact to client, contractors, and other consultants at project level.
• Creates and executes project execution plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Promote effective communication among all project stakeholders.
• Effective implementation of all management systems supporting the project (e.g., quality assurance, , integrated safety management, risk management, change control, performance management and contract management).
• Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
• Supports manager in providing regular forecast and expense updates to project budget and schedule.
• Manages and reviews consultant invoices on behalf of the client.
• Follows up with clients and other consultants, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
• Assists Client for the Communication with Local Authorities as and when necessary.
• Evaluating all requests / claims for additional costs in a timely manner, and for advising and reporting to the Client so as to allow the Client sufficient time to adequately consider the recommendations.
• Review, approve and monitor the project time schedule, labour histogram and all other submissions (drawings, material, schedule, etc.) together with providing recommendations to the project team on the submission.
• Strategizing and actively overseeing the quality, safety, health, and environmental aspects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conducting comprehensive project planning, including the development of a detailed project plan.
• Providing guidance on resource procurement for optimal project execution.
• Steering and facilitating collaboration within the cross-functional project team.
• Implementing performance management techniques, utilizing KPIs to enhance project efficiency.
• Effectively managing the change control process.
• Facilitating the smooth flow of project information between the team and the client through regular.

• Ensuring the creation of formal project progress reports and other relevant documentation.
• Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.
• Negotiating with vendors and contractors to secure the best prices.
• Observing existing processes, analysing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly.
