• Construction Manager reporting to the Sr. Project Manager, responsible for different sections of Line-6 of the Riyadh Metro.
• Schedule Management: Review 5-weeks look-ahead against Line #6 baseline schedule and program mile stones, coordinate contractors to develop recovery schedules and mitigation actions for slippages.

• Team & Delegation management: Assign and oversee daily construction management activities of Resident Engineers and inspectors across various disciplines, ensuring comprehensive site coverage, safety, and quality control.
• Materials Management: Ensure all materials used are comply with contract requirements through MAR (Material Approval Request) and MIR (Material Receiving Inspection Requests) processes, also track both the delivery and construction schedules.
• Resource Management: Proactive coordination with contractors and subcontractors to ensure adequate resources, manpower, equipment, and materials are available and aligned with construction phases, using resource plans and projections.
• Commercial Management: Validate DB Contractor’s monthly progress reports and ensuring accurate and timely invoice submittals.
• Document Management: Initiate sub-workflows for construction documents such as Method Statements (MST), Shop Drawings (SDR), and Field Design Changes (FDC) via the Document Management System Oracle Aconex as the Lead Reviewer.
• Quality Management: Ensure DB Contractor’s construction activities comply with approved method statements, design specifications, and shop drawings. Coordinate Quality control activities and Initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for quality violations, non-compliance with project specifications and standards, or defective works. Coordinating internal and external quality audits with the QA department to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Safety Management: Coordinating daily safety and quality site walkthroughs, generating observation reports, following up on and closing observations, and addressing Corrective Action Requests (CARs) from the safety department.
• Team Collaboration & Development: Coordinate team building sessions, recommend team members for ‘employee of the month’ awards. Support team members for continuous professional development programs, and via delegation of project management roles.

Material & Procurement Management: Develop SOWs (Scope of Works) for Change Orders, prepare MTOs or BOQs (Material Take Off), and coordinate material procurement.
Construction Management: Manage daily critical construction activities, critical lifting, major concrete pouring, erection of steel structures, industrial equipment, process vessels, heat exchangers etc. Monitor critical excavations inside process areas and utility corridors.
Project Close-Out & Punch List Management: Facilitate the closure of punch list items, PMCC, punch list walkthroughs, and exception item closures.
Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate design review meetings and ensure compliance with project timelines and safety regulations. Interface coordination among different departments SAPMT (Saudi Aramco Project Management Team), SAPID (Saudi Aramco Project Inspection Department), Loss Prevention (LP), Fire Prevention (F Pr.) and Riyadh Refinery Departments.
Change Order & Payment Verification: Review and certify EPC contractor's change orders and accomplishments, recommend payments.
Safety Management: Conduct safety walkthroughs, document safety observations via Safety Observation Cards, Monthly Percentage Score, and CARs. Also take over safety engineer role for a period, hence conducted weekly safety presentations/training on safety topics, coordinated safety reports and KPIs.
