It is a leading provider of recruitment solutions in the middle east and is a leading channel partner for major banks in UAE for selling banking products like Credit cards and Loans. My role includes the following responsibilities:
• Employee onboarding - Collecting documents from candidates for visa processing, coordinating with PRO for visa processing, employee insurance processing. Majorly hired candidates from India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh
• Payroll - Attendance tracking, preparation of data, coordinating with sales managers for attendance, finalizing payroll by coordinating with Finance and Accounts team
• Employee off-boarding - Visa cancellation and end of service administration
I have successfully managed day-to-day HR operations, payroll processing, audits, compliance, policy development, employee relations, process automation, budgeting, vendor management, and business partnering. Some of my notable achievements include:
Handling end-to-end payroll activities, maintaining accurate records, reconciling system files, and preparing reports for audit purposes
Resolving employee queries and grievances, reducing escalations by over 95%
Developing and managing employee relations policies and processes to ensure compliance with local
labor laws
Initiating centralization of profession tax remittance, resulting in cost savings of INR 4 million
Implementing Oracle Fusion modules, performing UAT in various modules, and successfully
integrating them with existing HRMS platforms
Partnering with key business units as their primary HR point of contact for all people matters related
to HR operations, including payroll and exit management
