BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION
Handle out bound calls relating to VodaFone customers. The campaigns are decided by the Marketing Department, which follows up results and reports on daily and weekly basis. The main target is to retain VodaFone Customers' loyalty and to be aware by the new promotions and services. Also handle calls in Professional and effective manner, consistently meeting the specific performance Standards and satisfying customer's needs by providing a "World Class" level of customer service.

Department.
My job as follows: - Handling customer phone calls coming into the call center and hard calls.
