This is a rotational job to get the manufacturing exposure, and the main role of this job is:
To work on 10th of Ramadan plant quality and safety transformation plans to improve the plant’s standards, leverage the shop floor awareness, and increases the plant’s yield through minimizing losses. This is planned to be reached through leading and implementing six sigma projects, creating SOP’s for all lines, implementing 5S programs, improving the sanitary design of the equipment and tools… etc
Summary of Job Description:
• Support the quality lab and process supervisors implementing the quality and food safety management systems according to international and local standards
• Lead the supplier qualification program for raw and pack materials
• Lead and execute the internal audit for the plant
• Sustain and update the food safety & quality standard systems according to HACCP, and ISO 9001:2000, 22000:2005 and 14001 standards.
• Provide training for plant's population to ensure effective awareness of all quality chain management systems and legal requirements. Develop hazard analysis critical control points (HACCP) and contribute to improvement and strengthening of the HACCP system
Summary of Job Description:
• Provide optimal technical information for equipment and provide the equipment design taking into consideration the quality and safety requirements,
• Execute pre-engineering with cost-calculations, expenditure planning and scheduling of capital investment projects and submit capital appropriation requests

• Handling phase in/phase out plans
