Airport Services Agent currently senior airport services UNTILL CURRENT DATE WITH EMIRATES AIRLINES

Responsibilities
• VIPs and special passengers handling
• Check-in/boarding. Adhering to all operational procedures (SOP) with regards to travel, immigration and safety regulations.
• Ensuring that appropriate special services and facilities are provided to meet the special services requirements of the customers
• Managing queues, handling denied boarding passengers, helping families, and code share passengers, so that they are directed to the relevant check-in counters and are handled efficiently.
• Initiating boarding at the boarding gates, following laid down priorities, announcements, hand baggage removal, flight coupon reconciliation and heads count confirmation in order to assist the process for a safe and on time departure of flights.
• Delivering an efficient service at the transfer desks for arriving Emirates passengers who are connecting to Emirates or other airlines flights, by verifying that their baggage details are recorded in the system prior to checking in the passengers and issuing boarding passes.
• Check all the counters equipment's and stationary, report technical faults to the IT department.
• SENIOR AIRPORT SERVICES 2012- UP TO DATE-2014
• Transfer passenger handling ( rebooking’s of misconnections, short-connections, disruptions of flights, delays)
• Stop.over.at carrier. cost.. counters ( hotel bookings, visa providing of 96hours)
• Inadmissible passengers office
• Handling passengers that are denied entry to different destinations government and contact embassies of the respected nationalities, rebooking passengers on the original flights of origin as per passport residency.
