Handling the transportation & accommodation issues for 200 employees
Arranging all types of visa for all employee - public relation duties
Reviewing the employee contract process with external law firm
Providing administrative support to the campaigns 24x7
Follow up with the external law firm ethe preparation and revising the campings contracts from the administration point of view
Responsible of the RM agenda
Taking minutes and notes
Arranging the RM conferences and related requirements
Providing the sales team all over the region with the sales and marketing required materials
Organizing receptions and presentation sessions events for the region
Handling personnel duties for the region staff (30)
Coordinating with the engineers sites and the clients exist in Dubai and all over UAE in order to apply their requested modification
Follow up the clients complains file under the supervision of the RM
Updating the sales report of the region on quarterly basis
Updating the schedule of the tenders
Coordinating and meeting with the consultant offices
Follow up with the suppliers and sub contractors for the material delivery schedule schem
Taking notes and meetings minutes
Follow up the work flow within deferent sites and the workforce availability and attendance ratio
Responsible of the transportation of the worker from and to the work sites.
Handling the station chief's agenda
Taking minutes of the meetings
Handling all the correspond and memorandums issued by the station chief
Attending conference calls
Providing the station chief with the monthly reports
Filing all the paper work of the chief office
