Worked with Messaging and Identity team within IT Network infrastructure division as L2 Messaging Support Technician
- Active Directory : Managing daily operation including users accounts and groups, creation, modification and termination .
-Exchange Online : perform tasks such as activation of E5 licenses, creating and managing access for shared mailboxes, managing access for Rooms & Resources .
-Support and troubleshoot outlook 2016, OWA and outlook on mobile .

Carrying out the following tasks to develop maintenance strategic studies for SAP at RasLaffan Industrial city in Qatar :
- Master Tag lists development.
- Populating SAP complaint Interim database (IDB) for data management including create queries,
import, update, audit, of data.
- Establishing SAP compliant hierarchy builds for all equipment in IDB.
- Develop RLC Asset Management .
- Review and establish the materials spare requirement for all equipment, by creating additional or
amending existing component groups .
- Carry out inventory optimization, update and create new SPIR (Spare Parts Interchangeable Record),
SPF’s (Stock Proposal Form) .
- Documentation: prepare CMUG (Concise Maintenance User Guide) and install it in a Knowledge
Management System.
- Plan all maintenance activities (Preventative, Corrective and routine inspections ) using CMMS
( Computerized Maintenance Management System ) .
- Assist engineers and maintenance director with the planning of annual shutdown maintenance .
- Review all work requests raised, confirm availability of resources.
- Monitor PM Program.
- Issuing material requisitions as per maintenance Plan .
- Generate support service requests as required .
- Answering material suppliers technical queries .
