Decospania Interiors LLC specialized in supplying and installing of wooden doors, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, wall panels and ceiling decorative panels that cater to the Palace, residential towers, executive villas, ofices and hotels. Also, have forayed to interior designing consultancy.
Responsibilities held:
I have full responsibility for the successful execution of each project. Responsibilities includes tender quoting, meetings with Clients and Consultants for approvals of materials, price negotiation, preparing shop-drawings and submittals, preparing delivery shedules, monitoring delivery of materials at site, scheduling work force for installation, monitoring installation & ensuring the quality of work, ensuring that manpower is utilized optimally and within the budget. Also, coordinate all site related meetings, successful handing over to the client / consultant, follow up pending payments from the Clients etc., which in short is managing the whole operation/process from the technical to financial aspects of each project.
Concurently, I manages and oversee the daily operation in the department which includes organizing and controling the resources and expenditures, supervising and managing the overall performance of staf and responsible for any other aspects of the department's operation to ensure that operations runs smoothly and according to company policy.
Projects managed and supervised:
• New Presidential Palace - Supply and Installation of Wooden and Metal Doors.
• Emirates National School, Al Manaser Br- Supply & Installation of Wooden Doors and Cabinets.
• Emirates National School Complex Staf Accommodation @ Al Manaser (170 Apartments) - Supply and Installation Of Wooden Doors and Cabinets.
• Al Watani Residential Villa - Supply and Installation of Wooden Doors and Cabinets for Mock-Up villa of Al Watani Residential Villa
• 170 Housing Villa - Supply and Installation of Wooden Doors and Cabinets.
• Golf Gardens Phase 1 (392 Residential Villas) - Supply and Installation of Wooden Doors.
• Park Rotana Mixed Used Development (3 Towers) - Supply and Installation of Wooden Doors.
• Administration Building of Ministry of Presidential Afairs (6 Floors) - Supply and Installation of Wooden Doors, Wall and Ceiling Panels
Have travelled to Vietnam and Spain for the inspection of factory and produced materials by our overseas supplier.
Have travelled to Doha, Qatar many time for business purpose. Having very good relation with some companies in Doha.
