Main Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Undertake studies and projects that support the development of the business, generating Business Cases for new and extended capabilities.
2. Evaluate trends of business through customer feedback, and develop tools and KPIs to measure performance
3. Analyse current business performance, and continuously enhance practices.
4. Hold meetings and measure progress of projects implementation, assign owners, and set targets
5. Participate in continuous improvement program and ensure that it is being optimised
6. Measure the processes efficiency, facilitate and lead amendments (as needed) to be continuously in line with world best practices that meets corporate and divisional aims and are integrated in the divisional procedures, processes and policies.
7. Undertake research for the external competition, suppliers, and customers
8. Support change efforts for JorAMCo
9. Facilitate specific projects internally and externally
• Be an expert on your categories; including market pricing, and competitive product quality analysis.
• Responsible for SKU count for line and SKU productivity
• Product design and development
• Data analysis
• Develop sales tools and collateral
• Be an expert with respect on Competitor analysis
• Training sales on assigned category
• Define the product strategy and roadmap
I'm currently working in a project called Project TOGA which is a Business Development Project which is has two phases:
Phase 1: Business Process Reengineering
Phase 2: ERP implementation
Main Roles and \responsibilities:
• Documenting JorAMCo’s As-Is Business Processes & Locating “pain points” in the current process.
• Design the To-Be Business Processes to be aligned with the best practices which are integrated with in the software. Designing the change requirement documents (to assess and guide the change owners in the development of the change enablement plan)
• Determining Scenarios related to each business process, and identify automated/non automated scenarios.
• Participating in the Data Cleansing activity.
• Designing reports specs for IT and software provide
• Design Roles and roles specification
• Prepare and conduct end user training
• Prepare and supervise the User Acceptance Testing and Solution Testing
• Assist in the development and implementation of Project strategic communication plan
• Building and maintaining updated media contact lists
• Assist in planning, organizing and pitching of high quality press events project media hits and Project stories, events, activities and plans to the business community utilizing company’s media outlets.
• Drafting newsletters, press releases, fact sheets, articles for and other project-related written materials for distribution to media internal
• Coordinating production of collateral materials for special events and press talks/conferences
• Assisting in project communication material design and content.
• Draft fliers, Web site content and other materials to promote activities of Project TOGA
