Duties and Responsibilities
1. To feed the broiler birds from Day 0 to depletion age at 32 days.
2. To assist in treating and handling chicks or birds in broiler farms.
3. To assist in flock management and housing management activities to maximize the product quality.
4. To maintain and clean equipment and assets used in the assigned area of responsibility.
5. To assist in routine vaccinations and health treatments (Medication) in broiler farms.
6. And to ensure that Company Health and Safety standards are adhered to at all times.
7. Services, adjusts, and also makes minor repairs on farm machineries, and also equipment using handtools.
8. Observes plus examines machinery parts in operation to detect malfunctioning or defective units.
9. Replaces components, like carburetors, fuel pumps, generators, ignition points and additionally spark plugs.
10. Adjusts timing of motors, lubricates, washes, paints, and also cleans vehicles attachments, using handtools.
11. May assist other workers in more complex maintenance tasks, like overhaul of machinery as well as equipment, plumbing repair, and also electrical work on farm.
