 Ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained at all times
 Manage and process stock deliveries
 Monitoring the delivery, distribution and usage of packaging
 Liaise with management when packing levels are low
 Implement and maintain stockroom layout and maintenance guidelines
 Using SAP to manage stock levels, processing transfers to other stores.
 First line of reporting suspicious activities of stock losses to senior management.

Job Descriptions:
Monitor movements of primary transportation ( Air, Sea and Road Transportation)
Control carriers performance and ensure they work to SLA’s (3PL mode)
Liaise with carriers on regular basis for import/export matters (custom clearance, COO Etc…)
Regulate and analyze forwarders invoice charges are in line with the agreements and approve for payment.
Costing of all import shipments on completion of receipt of inventory into the system by the warehouse staffs.

Maintain physical condition of warehouse by implementing regular check-up of the equipments, issuing orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
Process and planned sales order from picking, packing and shipping
Prioritize, schedule and delegate the work assignments to warehouse staffs.
Monitor the Insurance Claims procedure for discrepant.
Declaring of all imports and exports shipments to the insurance providers to have them covered as per the policy guidelines.

Responsible for a daily stock taking as per merchandise category.
Verification of every document such as Inbound and Outbound, GIV (Goods Issued Voucher) delivery note and Vendor stock Return.
Coordination with vendor for every stocks return and preparing the necessary documents as for gate pass.
Preparing the final report of the PI count (consolidation and rectifying for any variance on my site)
Ensure efficient and effective stock management.
