Duties and Responsibilities
• Work in a project management team as a Client Representative as one of the Civil Engineer performing site inspection and supervision of the construction of 380 kV GIS Building, 132kV GIS Building, 13.8kV Switchgear, Control Building, Super Grid Transformer, Grid Transformer, Auxiliary Transformer, Reactor, Gantry, Boundary wall and Tunnel.
• Perform site inspection for civil, structural and architectural finishing works on site ensuring works are carried out in accordance with approved SEC PTS (Project Technical Specification), approved shop drawings, method statement, engineering standards and material approval.
• Supervise the construction of site preparation, substructure, superstructure and finishes works and activities on site.
• Read site plan and facility drawings and ensure all works are set out and completed in compliance with the approved shop drawings and project specifications.
• Supervise setting out and establishment of datum, cut and fill, compaction and tie in point for services.
• To ensure that construction and erection works for precast column, beams, slabs, wall panels and boundary wall are in accordance to approved drawing and PTS (project technical specification).
• Overseeing quality control including safety on the site and ensuring that regulations are adhered to as per project quality plan.
• Check all materials delivery & installed on site for Civil & Architectural works if they are conforming to materials approval.
• Check the inspection request form for completeness and supporting documentation prior to inspection.
• Issue Non-conformance or Engineer Instruction to contractors for any variation to the specification, approved shop drawing and materials without the approval of the Consultant.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports of project status to be submitted to client for progress monitoring.
• Monitor the on-going concreting works on site and verify / witness for any testing to be carried out by third party on site.

• Work in a project management team as a Client Representative as one of the Civil Engineer performing site inspection and supervision for civil, structural and architectural finishing works on site ensuring works are carried out as per project specification, approved shop drawings, method statement, material approval and other engineering codes and standards.
• Review submitted Contractor shop drawing in conformance to Issue for construction drawings, related engineering codes and standards, specifications and contract documents.
• Supervise the construction of site preparation, substructure, superstructure and finishes works and activities on site.
• Read site plan and facility drawings and ensure all works are set out and completed in compliance with the approved shop drawings.
• Supervise setting out and establishment of datum, cut and fill, compaction and tie in point for services.
• Manage interfaces between engineering discipline on site, ensuring smooth execution of work program and adherence to project schedule.
• Attending weekly minutes of meeting and raising site concern and also giving some technical advice on site issues.
• Check all materials delivery & installed on site for Civil & Architectural works if they are conforming to materials approval
• Issue Non-conformance or Engineers Instruction to contractors for any variation to the specification, approved shop drawing and materials without the approval of the Consultant.
• Prepare weekly & monthly reports to be submitted to client for progress monitoring.
• Monitor the on-going concreting works on site verify / witness for any testing to be carried out by third party on site.

• Work in a Consultant Company as one of the Civil Engineer performing site inspection and supervision for civil, structural and architectural finishing works on site ensuring works are carried out as per project specification, approved shop drawings, method statement, material approval and other engineering codes and standards.
• To assist in implementation of project quality plan & inspection and testing plan, ensuring compliance with the approved shop drawing and specification.
• Day to day manage the construction site, as a main source of technical advice and quality control for everyone working on site. Also reviewing drawings and quantities and ensuring accuracy of calculation.
• Responsible for site management team, and takes some of the responsibility for security, health and safety.
• Plan the work to be done and organize things so that deadline are met and solve any technical or any problem comes up on site.
• Record site condition, construction progress, issue arising and non-conforming work or products on site.
• Prepare daily and monthly report on site and review contractor claims and other associated document.
• Prepare the Minutes of the Meeting for weekly coordination with General Contractor, Subcontractor, Tenant, Owner and Architect.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Work in a Consultant Company as one of the Civil Engineer performing site inspection and supervision for civil, structural and architectural finishing works on site ensuring works are carried out as per project specification, approved shop drawings, method statement, material approval and other engineering codes and standards.
• Responsible for the proper implementation of approved construction plans, approved shop drawings and specifications on site
• Responsible for site management team, and takes some of the responsibility for security, health and safety.
• Mark out the site, make sure design is applied correctly and liaise with main and sub contractors and the site manager. Regular liaison with the client, its representatives, and any consultants as part of the job.
• Conduct monitoring and inspection to structural & architectural work activities on site.
• Preparing RFI also ensuring that the inspection form has all proper checklists and that they are correctly filled in with respect to date, location, and nature of work and signed.

• Day to day manage the construction site, as a main source of technical advice and quality control for everyone working on site. Also provides leveling and surveying on site, checking drawings and quantities and ensuring accuracy of calculation.
• Supervise activities and certifies daily that all materials/equipment installed in the project comply with all plans and specifications. Ensures materials and equipment is properly stored.
• Responsible for instructing and delegating work and ensure that it is performed in accordance with the applicable procedure.
• Certifies daily that all work performed on site conforms to approved plans and specification.
• Monitor submittals and maintain an up to date submittals log by showing status of all submittals.
• Provide estimate for all the materials needed in the project.
Project : Construction of Warehouse Building Project
Duties and Responsibilities
• Review of shop drawings, construction drawings, bar bending schedule for structural drawings.
• Execution and monitoring of work based on approved drawings and specification.
• Prepare of daily work reports.
• Preparation of weekly looks ahead program based on construction schedules.
• Setting - out (marking the position of structures) and leveling the site.
• Checking drawings and quantities and ensuring that the calculations are accurate for the work.
• Liaising with the consultant main and sub-contractor engage in the project.
• Supervise the site labor force and materials and monitoring the work of sub-contractors on site.
• Overseeing quality control and safety matters on the site and ensuring that regulations are adhered to as per project quality plan.
• Responsible for the monitoring, progress reporting and achieving of goals for the work under his responsibility.
• Provide structural shop drawings required on the project.
