Preparing of payroll and other related documents
Handling petty cash expenses and preparation of petty cash report
Review cash receipts and payments and the receipt of bank account statements and action settlement
Making, checking and executing of sales, returns invoices and preparing aging report.
Communication with banks, customers and suppliers.
Planning the physical Inventory and make reconciliation.
Control of fixed assets and consumption and the work of special reports maintenance expenses.
Preparation and generation of financial reports from accounting system including balance sheet and income statement.
Preparation of financial statements (funds flow analysis, cash flow analysis, creditors / depicters lists, and cost analysis.
Thorough knowledge of policies and procedures generally accepted accounting.
Coordinating with auditors and completing the audit
Closely monitoring and verifying the accounts on daily basis
