My key accountability were to provide support to Egypt air Engine Shop Director to build a new Engine overhaul Shop as per the requirements of the following Over haul Engine Manual and the standard practices manuals for the following engine types: Rolls Royce, IAE, P&W, CFMI and GE. The new Engine Shop lies in Cairo International Airport, Cairo Egypt.
I was primarily responsible for the development of a high quality Automatic Chemical Cleaning lines, water & waste treatment lines, Upgrading the Mechanical Cleaning shop, establishing new Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection lines, New Magnetic particle crack Inspection lines and new Chemical lab. Suitable & sufficient to perform all the required control for the Engine overhaul Chemical activities satisfies ISO 17025 & establish paint shop.
This includes also technical support and operations requirements for engine overhaul Shop environmental control.
I was also participated in the planning and managing activity to efficiently finance these activities.
I was also required to organize Executive coordinating activities between Rolls-Royce system and Engine overhaul Shop.
I was primarily responsible for the management of the development of a high quality, commercially viable engine overhaul using the lean philosophy for Engine overhaul Shop supporting different engines types used in Egypt Air in Cairo, Egypt.
