Key responsibilities:
• Serving more than 100 Online process analyzers
• Perform a wide range of technical tasks including installing, repairing, troubleshooting and calibration on a wide variety of online process analyzers including:
* Gas Chromatographs GCs (Daniel, Yokogawa and Siemens)
* Spectrometry analyzers (Ametek, Laser Gas, ABB)
* CEMs (COs, SOs, NOx, O2, and THC), PH, conductivity, Dissolved Oxygen, Opacity, Density, RVP, moisture, etc.
• Ensuring all activities are meeting standards and personal adhering to safety regulations.
• Undertaking risk assessments and conducting safety meetings.
• Request and take out applicable permit to work.
• Preparing technical reports.
• Training and guiding new employees.
• Prepare maintenance schedules and spare parts lists.
• Managing and team leading
* Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on ICS Triplex systems. (ICS2000 & ICS Trusted)
* Taking complete responsibility on ESD and PSD systems and involving Siemens DCS systems.
* Repairing, troubleshooting and replacing of Fire & Gas detection systems (ICS and SILVANI).
* Logging daily reports and calibration activities.
* Insuring personnel’s adherence to safety regulations.
* Managing and teamleading.
* Carrying out Calibration, maintenance and testing activities to all instrument devices.
* Fault-finding, repairing, modifying and replacing of plant systems and equipment, includingPSVs, PCVs, SDVs, BDVs, Actuators, etc. Involving sub-sea systems, Baker well head control systems, exporting systems, gas turbines, emergency generators, fire pumps, deluge skids, process trains etc.
* Interpreting technical drawings.
