The most important tasks: Visiting work sites - design works and supervising the implementation of projects and following up on contractors and consulting offices in various specializations - preparing contracts - quality control receiving projects, I played the main role in all stages in all cities.
The work included:
Visit locations in multiple cities
Preparing the necessary designs according to the required specifications
Determine the area and quantities and prepare tables of quantities and specifications
Follow up with consultants and contractors
Supervising implementation and quality control
Receiving work and disbursing dues
Continuous meetings with company management, consultants and contractors to organize and manage the business
