Station Agents and handle investigations relating to time, attendance and performance. Meet and greet customers and provide a highly visible and proactive level of customer service and promote and deliver effective teamwork within own department and across departments and build rapport with co-workers.

Prepare for performance appraisal, both mid-year and
end of year. Review objectives on a monthly basis.
Manages agent including promotions, recognition,
discipline, and performance management. Plans, directs,
and monitors performance objectives.
Mange all health and safety related issues in the station,
and deliver a safety briefing on a daily basis
