• The facility is under construction.
• Design a coding system for equipment and spare parts and technical conformity of equipment and spare parts.
• In addition to the rest of the tasks of the planning engineer.
• Develop and plan and schedule maintenance activities for all equipment and facilities.
• Create work orders and assign them to the appropriate maintenance personnel.
• Collaborate with procurement and inventory management teams to ensure that all required materials, tools, and equipment are available for scheduled maintenance activities.
• Monitor and Analyze maintenance data and generate reports on equipment reliability, and other key performance indicators such as KPIs, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, Equipment downtime, Mechanical Availability, Equipment Utilization, etc.
• Preparing inspection report generation and Lubrication program plan and preparing written reports detailing findings and recommendations for corrective action.
• Assisting in performing routine maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities, including troubleshooting, repairs, and inspections.
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Create and maintain maintenance records, including equipment history, work orders, and inventory.
• Supporting senior engineers and technicians in shutdown maintenance.
• Inspecting raw materials before production.
• Monitor production runs to ensure quality and efficiency and adjust machine settings as needed for optimal performance.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery.
• Recording production data and maintaining accurate records.
