Aspects covered include Data Governance, Master Data Management, and Data Quality Management. In addition, I have significant experience in Planning, Design, Architecture, Quality Assurance, Project Coordination, Development, Implementation, Customer support, Training and Consultancy.

The knowledge mix in both IT and Business was a key in handling the assignments that I have been appointed to in different industries including e-Government and Banking. This background along with the skills in communication and leadership has helped me in handling my roles in different environments under assorted conditions and challenges including handling multiple requirements, balancing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.

Member of steering committee of the Bank’s Data Management Program
Member and Deputy Chairman of the Data Management Program Working Group.

• Responsible for the delivery of the Data Management program foundation baseline framework this covers IM Strategy, Ownership & Governance, Data Quality and Master Data Management.
• Implementation of the SABB Data strategy.
• Implementation of different SABB Data Management components (Data Governance, Data Management Office, Data Quality, MDM, Data Dictionary, MetaData Management, Data Owner, and BI tools and Enterprise Data Warehouse)
• Responsible for the Enterprise Data Warehouse implementation (Teradata FSLDM) and analytical tools as project Manager as part of the Data Management Office responsibility.
• Management, design and development of the Data Management program and any proposed changes.
• Ensured the integrity and stability of the Data Management components.
• Defined and managed development standards for the Data Management program.
• Provided training and support to other member of the team on tactical matters.

1. Major upgrade to the Trade Finance application (bank trade) from V12 to V14 - (GPS imaging system) and integrated with other systems.
2. Project manager of EJAR B2B application: EJAR is the Electronic platform that is sponsored by Ministry of Housing and will be developed, launched, and operated by ELM.
3. Upgrade to the Client Trade system to work with imaging system.
4. Enhancement to (Tracing system, online validation, trade status reporting, display BIC address, Accrual process, SWIFT process and ETL job) to work with new system.
5. Upgrade to the Risk management application ALGO (ACA and ACLM) from (ACA 211 to ACA 212) and (ACLM 4.6.1 to ACLM 4.7.0) and (Documentum 211 to Documentum 220).
6. Authorization Workflow project integrated with (CAMM, BDS, ALGO, Bank Trade and Kondor): Every transaction that comes to the authorization portal has only one reason for initiation. Against that reason workflow will be generated and respective groups will be involved in a sequence.
7. Enhanced ALGO system by doing full reconciliation between ALGO and WING as part of WINGS decommissioning project .and more than 200 request for enhance current product.
8. Managed the set up and support Trade Finance and Risk management team at the time of UAT and DEV as and when required by Trade Finance and Risk management department.
9. Build and test of the full DRC environment for Trade Finance and Risk management department as required of business continuity.
10. First line support of:
A.All Trade Finance related applications.
B.All Risk Management related applications.
C.Bulk Payroll interface uploading bulk files with GTS department.
