Directly supervise and review work and approves transactions.
Training the new staff with relation to trade services products and ICC rules as a major task
Receiving and handling with the reception swifts, distribute the works between the staff, dealing and handling with customer complains reported directly to the TFC manger
Build an effective team communications through daily technical advices and provide them with the updated opinions and decisions of the ICC Banking Commission including any developments in the departmental procedures and policies.
Monitor implementation of procedures by processing team with relevance to Service level Agreements.
The center provides services that comprise of Import L/C’s, Export L/C’s, and Bills for Collections and Local Bank Guarantees
Receiving and reviewing all the L/C applications from branches, processing of L/C’s and checking of documents.
Implementing and executing all kinds of customer services products.
Implementing and executing all kinds of customer services products.
Opening L/C’s, checking of documents and settling L/C’s, processing bills for collection, preparing transfers through SWIFT system.
