I obtained a bachelor’s degree from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University (College of Applied Studies and Community Service - Business Administration major ), I worked at Almajdouie Company as a trainee in the human resources department as a Human Resources Specialist through Tamheer program for a period of 6 months, I faced the challenge of working in the field of recruitment department because I wanted to work in the training and organizational development department, and I am proud of overcoming this challenge and was able to learn and implement the tasks required in the recruitment department, I also worked at the same time as a training coordinator and was able to learn the necessary information and skills required. I also worked and got a General information on OD, I was honored with a certificate of thanks and gratitude for my work and effort, My ambition is to obtain the SHRM certificate and the CIPD certificate for human resources, and to be able to work and benefit from my experience and skills to develop work in your company
