--Manage all kind of activities related to Warehousing, distribution & transportation.
--Evaluate the cost of the operation and other expenses and keep them under budget.
--Assists with managing the daily work activities of Distribution Center.
--Monitors and evaluate performance of supervisors of assigned. functions, Warehouse, Shipping, Receiving, Food Services, Building Services and Mailroom operations.
--Manages assigned projects.
--Maintains operations within budgetary constraints; analyzes costs and implements cost reduction measures, as necessary.
--Safety of warehouse Staff: Ensure safety equipment are available & used when required.
--General Quality Management : Safety and security, Pest Control, Documentation, SOP, ISO requirements ..etc
--Responsible for Development, Testing & Implementation of all DHL eCommerce applications.
--Provides appropriate eCommerce application to each customer.
--Ensures that all eCommerce applications and systems are working 24/7.
--Works closely with Sales team to increase the sale of eCommerce applications.
--Configure security settings or access permissions for groups or individuals.
--Analyze and report computer network security breaches.
--Train users in procedures related to network applications software.
--Perform routine maintenance or standard repairs to networking components
--Receiving the mails and sort it by name to deliver to customers.
