Lead and manage all IT aspects, develop proactive IT environment, set the roadmap for ERP migration, leverage the security standards, enhance systems utilization, introduce new technologies that serve business goals and automate business processes. Support the board to achieve the yearly objectives by applying best IT practices.
• Deploy IT services & set their KPIs/SLA.
• Developing/applying country IT policies, standards & procedures (BCP, DR…).
• Recruit, train and coach the IT team.
• Plan & control the annual budget (OPEX & CAPEX).

• Maintain/update records and documentation of the IT infrastructure, systems, processes, procedures & policies
