Prepare Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings: Develop design drawings by showing details
and how to fabricate and execute B.O.Q items including: site planes, Bar Bending Schedule etc.
- Quantity Surveying:
• Quantity takeoff;
• Prepare all forms of payment certificate and calculation sheets for execution works &
invoices creation;
• Follow up executed works at the site to reflect it in Interim Payment Certificate;
• Follow up the changing in design drawings and B.O.Q items to proceed Variation Order
(VO).
- Provide Technical Reports for Consultant Approval Submissions
