Conduct Investigations for all CWI product line (Upper Completion, Lower completion, Liner Hanger, Wellbore Intervention and Intelligent production system).
Evaluate CWI tools failures to determine root cause and short/long term corrective actions.
Identify performance gaps to improve over all performance and reduce None Productive Time associated cost.
Conduct CWI investigations based on FRACAS system (Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action) using approach of DMAIC tool (Define, Measure/Validate, Analyze, Improve, and Control).
Conduct and witness equipment assembly to identify area of improvement.
Prepare regular Incident Review Board (IRB) reports for different product line in CWI.
Lead CWI Incident Review Board (IRB) meetings.
Perform Root Cause Analysis’s and prepare Failure reports.
Document all investigation reports and upload it in FRACAS system.
Follow up with operation team, Engineering team, Performance team, Quality team and AMO Team, to make sure that corrective actions are implemented.
Work closely with AMO and operation teams to offer them support when needed.
Create, update and amend standard operation procedure (SOP).
Involvement in pre-planning, job execution.
Working seamlessly together with the Service Delivery Coordinators and other resources across organizational boundaries to ensure all aspects of the application are understood and have been considered.
Working with the assigned Service Delivery Coordinator/salesman to understand the client's well construction Or production Objectives.
Comparing job as-planned versus job as-executed and document any lessons learned to ensure opportunity for continuous improvement.
Ensuring timely incident management to enable fast customer issue resolution and cash collection.
Providing sales support and product application recommendations.
Perform Liner Hanger Installation in Saudi Aramco.
Perform Lower Completion installation in Saudi Aramco.
Witnessed Upper Completion installation in Saudi Aramco.
Designing well site construction using simulation software packages.
Analyzing rig site performance data and recommending changes to product configurations when needed.
Track Competitors Performance.
Performing warehousing and logistical activities.
Support Quality team.
Prepare QC job packages.
Prepare rental and salable tools for different jobs ( Take measurements and dimensions).
Support AMO team ( Assembly and Disassembly).
