 HRBP for Commercial department.
 CS Leader for a team of 16 employees in Dubai (CSRs & Admin).
 Direct people management responsibilities including performance management and compensation.
Accountable for managing poor performance, tracking and communicating deployment plans, resource
requirements and leading, training, coaching, motivating and rewarding team members.
 Accountable for ensuring proper execution of work processes by team members including metrics that deliver
service performance and the variables that require improvement.
