Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA), Government authority
for promoting investment and build economic cities
* Management of all procurement of consumbles, permanent and engineering
material.
* Setting out rules and regulation of procurement activities to ensure economical
and effective operation.
* Monitoring of budjet and schedules of procurement according to set out procedure
and site needs dates.
* Management of the planning. scheduling and cost forecasting activities of all
design activities in the engineering department
* Management of the detailed design of the cavern area and distribution pump
station for multi billion US $ underground oil storage plant
* Performed the conceptual and detail design of access, connecting roads of 25 km

* Management of design of Al-Jouf-Jubba road of 460 km length and Haql-Ras Sheikh
Humaid road with length of 152 km.
* Management of design of Riyadh city second expansion of sewage and strorm
drainage systems.
* Management of design of Al-Dalem town water and wastewater expansion
replacement and upgrading program.
* Management of design of water distribtion network for Nifi area.
* Performed the duties of deputy general manager of Central Region such as
engineering management, technical and administrative responsibilities for all
projects, negotiations with clients, planning and scheduling, bidding, cost estimate
and forecasting and resources allocation.
Assisted in management and steering of development of governor palace area in
Riyadh project, Al-Khafaji 5 million gallon/day desalination plant.
*Participated in business development and marketing activities.
* Assistsed in design of Offices and General Facilities project for MoI for five sites
around the kingdom.
* Assisted in design of Riyadh-Alkharj highway signage, Al Hayathem Al Dilam road,
Al Hofouuf Al-Ayoon interchange with its signage, Riyadh Second Temporary
Asphalting Project and new Khurais road Project.
* Obtaining necessary official permits and coordination with government offices.
* Participated in marketing and business development activities.
* Project coordination of El-Wasia Water pipeline project of 70 km in length, Crude
Oil pipeline of 42 km and Halban - Thalem road excavation of 120 km.
Ministry of Communication, roads, traffic and transportation authority, Saudi
Ministry of
Communication such as follow up of various roads and bridges maintenance works,
review contractors schemes for normal and preventative maintenance and conduct
periodic checks on the ministry maintenance project.
* Participated in the preparation of safety and maintenance manuals and procedures and
also in setting out new standards and specification for highway and brighes
maintenance.
* Assisted in the design of the safety devices on the roads (traffic signs, suspended signs,
road markings, traffic signals and warning strips in the various projects)
* Participated in general inventory of roads and bridges conditions assessment all over
the Kingdom in cooperation with JECOR personnel.
