Responsible for the Execution of the Project in terms of the main contractual obligations i.e.full compliance with Contract scope of supply and agreed Technical Requirements, timely delivery and quality as well as achievement of the expected profitability of the Project itself. main interface between the Customer and GE O&G with great visibility inside and outside the Company.

- representing ( EMERSON) in front of the Client / Subcontractors during project execution. Negotiates changes to the scope of work with the client and subcontractors .
- responsible for developping Manpower plan to fulfil company obligations towards the Project according to Project requirements to comply with completion times according to the project schedule.
- Responsible for developing the closure report and learnt lessons report
-responsible for the scope development, scope management including over view of design stages and commercial performance of the project to meet project goals & objectives.
- reponsible for all site activities and team supervision to ensure proper execution of the project as per the schedule
-Manage design stage including coordination with project stakeholders and other parties to achieve project milestones targets up to construction documents and selection of contractors.
-Responsible for following up on instructions & commitments associated with the project.
-Oversees establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health & Safety Plan, Quality Control Plan and other documents.
-Plans, directs, supervises and controls the execution of all business, technical, fiscal and administrative functions of the assigned project or subtask.
-Provides input to performance reviews and development plans for subordinates.
-Work with other managers, project engineers and discipline Heads to develop budgets, schedules and plans for the various elements of a project.
-Works with the key project individual to devise and execute actions plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work.
-Monitors and reports to management on the progress of all project activities including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedule.
-Establishes weekly meeting to review project status and formulate action items.
Reviewing and approving of technical specifications and the contract scope of work
Helping the client to document and improve the current processes in the field of plant maintenance
Suggesting the opportunities of rectification of currently used technology to improve System performance.
Supervising a team of engineers responsible for the construction and commissioning activities
Manage subcontractors as well as provide expert technical help in insuring proper work flow and execution.
Coordinate and work with OEM Specialists / client representatives / Site engineers to properly execute all overhaul related activities
write clear and accurate reports to insure proper transmission of technical information
Provide accurate job performance and cost data the insure wining bid strategy
Insure the completeness of job quality documentation
Issue Project close out reports
Conducted training on TQM (Trained and mentored quality improvement tools for the employees (at all levels of the organization) of the Saudi electricity company SCECO- Central region ( helped them for problems identification and solving techniques
Formed and Coached Quality Improvement Teams (more than 160) across departments to identify quality improvement opportunities, Recommended method, process improvement and performed measurements for the processes outputs before and after improvements.
Audited the improved system. (Paying special attention to power plants and power transmission technical staff) to ensure the implementation of improvements.
Analyzed the integrated systems of people, materials, information and equipment for the continuing improvement of the organization.
Monitoring and controlling contractors performance regarding site Erection, Start up & commissioning for a (2 * 300 M.W) Turbo generators and its auxiliaries ( condenser evacuation system, circulating water debris filter, condenser tube cleaning system, turbine seal steam system &etc) to make sure that what has been done is conforming to the design issue.
ô Monitoring and controlling contractors performance regarding Start up & commissioning activities for Hydrogen generation plant, to ensure that contract procedures are followed during implementation of project.
ô Co-ordination with site staff/subcontractors and suppliers to carryout test for all of the installed equipments and systems
ô Monitoring Group of contractors performance, resolving problems, and fine-tunes plans to changing conditions and report difficulties.
ô Conducting tests as required at site or with third party as per requirement, prepare test reports.
ô Scheduling and attending On-Site job meetings
ô Supervising & Scheduling Mechanical Maintenance for Turbine Auxiliaries ( preventive & predictive maintenance, troubleshooting & overhauling) for Axial Flow pumps, centrifugal pumps, cup screen, band screen, trash rakes, valves, overhead crane
ô Leading a team of Supervisors, organizing manpower and Providing process expertise to them
ô Maintaining daily Maintenance report
ô Preparing a list of spare parts needed annually
ô Coordinating with other Plant disciplines and ensure safety aspects are addressed
ACHIEVEMENTS
I proposed a change in the design of band Screen filters driving mechanism Resulted in decreasing Equipment down time and saving the lost Mega Watts)
ô Applying operating procedures for Start-up, Shut-down, and normal operations for 150 M.W Steam Power Plant (475 Ton/Hr capacity)Boiler, steam turbine, generator, condenser, hydraulic circuits, pneumatic circuits, air compressors, electric transformers.
ô Monitoring power plant running conditions and customizing the performance of the whole circuits in order to deliver the required power to the electric network according to the central dispatch requirements.
ô Reporting work orders to the appropriate maintenance department
