plan of remedial measures.

* Selecting, recruiting and training new team members on products, services and processes and manage the team
of workmen effectively.
* Maintain a systematic documentation process of the glass production activities, indicating the details of
production target, actual production and rejection if any, manpower, material, tools and equipments.
* Carry out tasks and instructions assigned by factory Manager and coordinate with seniors on production related
matters.
* Ensure proper house keeping in and around the plant to provide clean and safe working area.
Efficiently planning and organizing the glass production line and supervising the production team to achieve the
required daily out put and production rate
* Oversee all production process, technical problems and ensure quality standards and specifications of the
product are met
* Carry out thorough investigation and detailed analysis of the rejection and rework arising during production
process and institute preventive measures, so as to avoid recurrence.
* Prioritize the preventive maintenance operations of the plant and machineries to avoid breakdowns and to
achieve maximum productivity.
* Efficiently manage the production lines by ensuring minimum machine idling during shift change over, machine
set up and lunch breaks.
* Maintain the process and production charts and submit the daily production report to the Factory Manager.
Coordinating the activities pertaining to Installation, commissioning and maintenance of Universal Testing
Machines.
* Prepare the schedule for the installation, and maintenance operations of the machine and instruments.
* Attended the training program provided by the company Hung Ta Taiwan, regarding the installation, operation
and maintenance of the machine.
* Liaise with the manufacturers to resolve any major customer complaints and resolve issues arising during the
warrantee
Designed and implemented special strategies related to plant maintenance procedures.

* Performed routine maintenance inspections and monitored the performance of machineries continuously, so as
to ensure trouble free working of the plant.
* Fixed equipment malfunctioning, system faults and net work errors, used root cause failure analysis techniques
to identify the cause of failures, and initiated corrective actions, modifications and replacements and /or new
installations, so as to avoid frequent breakdowns.
* Assigned personnel and technical support teams to the plants requiring 24x7 maintenance operations
* Utilized the latest reliability and testing strategies in plants to maintain improved operations.
* Enforced strict compliance to the safety rules and regulations and usage of safety apparatus by operators at the
plant.
