As the Sales Manager for T-Mobile Cell Phones my main task is to keep my company at the forefront by recruiting quality staff and training them to reach the standards we demand.
Added to this are the supervision, motivating and monitoring of team performance including setting budgets/targets.
Obviously I needed to maintain detailed knowledge of the company's products or services and keeping abreast of what competitors are doing.
