Supporting Mobily Saudi Arabia by delivering quality assurance across B2B OSS/BSS platforms and Digital B2C Channels, contributing to the delivery of reliable telecom services, customer-facing
web portals, mobile applications, APIs, and backend integrations throughout the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Started within the B2B Testing Team, executing manual and end-to-end testing for OSS/BSS telecom systems using Siebel CRM and Billing & Revenue Management (BRM). Validated enterprise
business processes including company onboarding, account creation, user management, GSM service activation, service modifications, order management, subscription lifecycle, billing, and service
requests.
• Transitioned to the B2C Digital Testing Team, delivering manual testing for customer-facing web portals, mobile applications, and digital services. Validated end-to-end customer journeys
including authentication, account management, bill payment, recharge, prepaid and postpaid services, eSIM, roaming, add-ons, subscriptions, and integrated payment and notification workflows.
• Analyze business requirements and user stories to design, review, and maintain comprehensive test cases, test scenarios, and test data in Jira, ensuring complete requirements traceability,
business rule validation, and test coverage.
• Execute Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Sanity, Exploratory, End-to-End (E2E), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple releases, browsers, mobile platforms, and
testing environments.
• Perform API testing using Postman and validate backend data using Oracle SQL Developer, SQL, and MySQL, ensuring data integrity, business rule compliance, and consistency between frontend
applications and backend telecom systems.
• Perform end-to-end integration testing across OSS/BSS, Siebel CRM, BRM, and Digital Channels, validating integrations with payment gateways, email and SMS notification services, and backend
systems. Utilize UNIX/Linux, PuTTY, Test Data Management (TDM), RSA Token, and PAAM (Privileged Access and Account Management) to support backend validation and secure test
execution.
• Identify, document, track, verify, and retest software defects using Jira. Prepare test execution reports and collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Backend Engineers, API teams,
Product Owners, and Release teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Actively participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, requirement analysis, defect triage, release validation, production
verification, and post-release sanity testing while contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes, testing documentation, and overall software quality.
