1. Chief Accountant
- Assisting the Director of Finance in order to ensure that all organization staff understand and follow the applicable policies and procedures that are outlined in the organization accounting policies & procedures manual.
- Monitor and supervising the accounting daily tasks to ensure smooth, effective, and efficient daily work practices.
- Performing related tasks assigned by the Director such as assisting with forecasting, budgeting, internal control, cash position, and completing account analysis.
- Coordinate External Audit, preparation of the Financial Statement.
- Develop best practice financial accounting and control procedures and continually review the process and procedures to improve efficiency.
2. Internal Auditor
- Prepare formal reports with recommendations to management of the audited processes.
- Research and study relevant accounting documentation and look for inconsistency and mistakes.
- identify potential problem areas and suggest appropriate risk management activities.

11. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, ex. Income Tax session.
12. Secures financial information by completing database backups.
B. Senior Accountant & Risk Assessment
1. Developing financial manual based on best practice.
2. Establishing & Implementing warehouse procedures and control system for the company.
3. Prepare monthly payroll and transferring salaries with all related payment.
4. Following up with stakeholders and preparing reports as per need.
