Responsibilities: 1- Contracts costing and scheduling 2- Subcontractor's payments 3- Ordering material 4- Inspection all the activities in the site by preparing a checklist for each step 5- Site preparation and setting out for civil works. 6- Execute excavations and concrete works according to drawings. 7- Determine and manage resources both manpower and equipment necessary for the work. 8- Manage all other site administration works. 9- Make cost estimations and quantities.
