1- Accommodation for migrant white & blue collars (600+ no.) that includes labour camps, hotels, flats that requires, lease negotiation, rent payments, maintenance, housekeeping, occupants grievances, community grievances, HSSE inspection, etc...
2- Transportation of white & blue collars (2500+ no.) to/from sites that requires management of 100+ cars & buses starting from lease negotiation to daily operation.
3- Catering provided to workers @ labour camp
4- Travel arrangement to visitors
5- Events planning & management
6- Local government relations
7- Preparing & submitting monthly & quarterly reports on accommodation, transportation to be presented to company management, client & IFC auditors.

3- As the project was I hostile location, everything was insured so I’ve created & managed comprehensive digital & physical records of all insurance policies, claims and all related information such as workers, plants, equipments, vehicles, offices, office equipments, houses, households, etc…
4- I’ve created sub-contractors & suppliers records with emphasis on shaky ones.
5- I’ve created legal claims records with all related information & supporting documents.
6- I’ve established fruitful relations with other Depts., insurance brokers & lawyers.
7- I’ve refunded considerable monies from insurance companies.
8- I’ve made all necessary documents and information available to support our defenses & claims in courts.
9- I’ve performed other administrative tasks when required.

Started in with this mega project on mobilization phase. Since the project was in a remote area, I have started in rotation with one other colleague.
