• Process record and pay supplies invoices, petty cash, customer refund, employee expenses report, and employees advance leaves, unpaid salaries, employees end of services etc.
• Preparing Aging Report & related party reconciliation.

• Training and supervising junior team members on accounting process and its understanding, monitoring their work assignments, and resolving their issues.
• Assigning tasks to relevant team members and active follow up for gathering audit requirements for Quarterly and annual audits to be provided to external auditors within the agreed timelines.
• Monitor accounts payable, receivable and coast center status and delegated tasks as needed.
• Manage full revenue stream from invoice creation to revenue recognition.
• Review output VAT returns and ensure all transactions are captured accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor processing of AR invoices as per policies, procedures as well as GAZAT requirements.
• Weekly and monthly following up the status of AR aging and unbilled revenue.
• Manage collection process activities such as negotiating about past-due accounts, referring account to collection department, and sending follow-ups mails.
• Maintaining and verify all accounts receivable transactions and records (invoices, Collections, Credit notes ...etc.).
• Matching the customer account statement.
• Assist the Group Finance Team in any additional required duties.
